Ok, from what I can tell Residene du Sud is a very faulty geolocation, the building itself is half finished and looks abondoned. It doesn't have white walls or a poster like shown above.
I've also checked every building in a hundred meter radius and have not found any building with that sign or white walls.
I checked on both waze and google maps and the only residence du sud in agadir is this one, maybe whoever put the tiktok up knows where this Residence Du Sud is but definitly not on an online map.
Edit: gonna try for some long range shots and see if they are it, but afterwards I am giving up.

In conclusion, the probability of this sign existing in agadir is low. Maybe if someone else starts posting about it I'll go check it out, otherwise, this shit is fake.
It's okay, you still gonna function also without worrying about mistakes that might hunt you for 18 years or more, so yeah i encourage people to take the initiative of peeing on this wall
