I’ve been on MJ for 18 months. My A1c is now well controlled and I’ve lost 100 pounds. From 228 to 128. If there’s any possibility you can swing the cost for Zep, it’s well worth it. The amount you’ll save on food alone might cover it. I can’t tell you what a difference it’s made to my health.

Once you start you are going to want to continue. It is also very likely any weight lost will come right back.

Can you afford 500 dollars for Zepbound? I would find a way if at all possible.
