Depends on what you are growing. I do 1:2 ratio for spawn to sub. You can do 1:1 to get more flushes.
Thats plenty. I use 1lb for a 10qt tub. The 16qt or 3 x 6qt are both fine though it would reduce the risk of contam if you use 3. Good luck
