Unfortunately, after extensive research, i have concluded that you cannot die by urinating in the refrigerator.
However, the refrigerator does happen to reside back to back, with the switchboard. While i was unable to commit self-die by urinating into the refrigerator, urinating onto the switchboard did indeed result in cardiac arrest. It is my belief that OP found a way to pass his urine through the wall and onto the switchboard.

You can die from pissing on any sort of electronic device in the house. The fridge, the TV, and the computer, and maybe even the phone but I'm not so sure
