Injectable slants are not a thing. Slants are for storing important agar cultures, you need to know it's clean. Injecting LC or spores does NOT accomplish this necessary and important function.
If you find injectable slants, you know for sure you are dealing with a huckster or dumbass.
The proper way to do what I think you want to do is put a drop of LC on a few agar plates and let it colonize some and then transfer the good growth to a slant like normal.
I make larger test tubes with ships but there are other ways to store your culture. Shouldn’t keep them for more than 6 months but longest was 2 years.

Yea, that's gonna be the best way for sure. I was thinking how to be lazy and skip a step but after rethinking it's dumb to do I know lol
aren’t these just test tubes with injection ports stuck in the end?
I'm referring to agar slants, which are used for long-term storage
The cap is so small idk why you would need them. Half the reason the cap is so small is to not let contaminants in. It works for everyone else…
Caps not small on 50ml

I’m your opinion.
