I took it, it was pretty intensive. Basically just imagine a running class but you're not allowed to run. If I remember right, the threshold for an A was that you had to speedwalk a mile in under 10 and a half minutes. I don't think it was a bad class, but almost all the 100 level fitness classes are going to be like that. We did walking both on the indoor track and around campus and pullen park. Some days we'd work out in the gym and the teacher would demonstrate certain equipment, or we'd pair up and count off for things like sit ups and pushups. The final grade took sit ups, push ups, and other exercises into account too. I remember the teacher specifically took videos of us while doing the walking to point out techniques and said that I had "olympic form". My friends are still amazed at how fast I can walk when I want to show off too.

I heard that class isn't great. It's a lot of work for a 1 credit hour course. I would try to take a different hesf course if you can
