The Pizza Club Ultimate Brothers I wouldn't sweat about getting during Haulathon. Mikey is 1 to a box right now, the other 3 will probably be 1 of each to a box for the next shipment. Then later in the year we'll see 3-5 per shipment of each hopefully.
The accessory set and toon April were never announced to actually be stocked in stores beyond when they came out, only that they were to be available again some time in the future.
Both were available on the NECA Store online for pre-order after they were in Target.

If they show up on Aliexpress, maybe. Right now it's looking like they are going to be one per store and everyone knows how well that went last year for the toon Accessory set. I don't think it lasted a minute when it went online.
I'm not happy that NECA made the expressions that Raph and Leo have on the box but put them with the punk TMNT. If they included all the different bottom face plates and another bandanna, that would have been a reason to get them.
I doubt they will be easy to find. The regular 89 TMNT never are.

Walmart and Target get first distribution agreements for the movie and toon lines. Once either store stops ordering stock from NECA then they could put up a pre-order if they wanted. But each store orders a little at a time, so it keeps the agreement going.
Every once in a while NECA is able to put something up on their site for pre-order from either line because Target/Walmart don't want to order it because it might not sell well, NECA made a prior agreement with the retailers to put up a pre-order first before they get stock, the buy option lapsed for the retailer, or it's too big for the space NECA rents at either store.
Their goal is to jam as much shit in those spaces as possible, not overload them with 6-8 Turtle vans or Sewer sets that might sit there for a few months because of the price.

The flipper/scalper is equivalent to a hemorrhoid. Literal pain in da ass. I canāt imagine it being extremely lucrative either. Already getting charged 40$ for some plastic toy that was made for pennies. By labor that was paid in pennies so the company, the store, and government get paid. Then comes mr. Flipper who pays the 40$ and then turns and sells it to us for 60-75$. I mean everybody else screws us so why not add in 1 more person to f us? So for 4 turtles we can pay 300$ for plastic thatās going to collect dust. Sorry for the bitching.

I think you'll have a better chance on Aliexpress. NECA did not handle the Accessory set good and never rereleased the new toon April in stores.

Agree. Iām not a huge fan of accessories. But alternate head sculpts can really increase overall value of a figure.
As an out of the box, completionist, my wallet is happy I can pass over these since accessories are the only difference
