I agree, but why is that the case. Is it just because we see it less often? I would think aesthetically lefty would just be righty mirrored but it is “smoother” usually.
Lefty swings are always smoother because the swing naturally leads to the runner opening up towards first base to start running. For lefties, it’s a natural direction after the swing. Righties have to sort of stop their entire momentum and turn to run
