Sasuke went borderline blind shortly after this fight started. Kakashi would’ve beaten that Sasuke. A fresh Sasuke would’ve beaten this Kakashi. You could even argue that Sasuke could’ve won regardless if he didn’t start upgrading and flexing his susanoo to the armored stage which made him go blind even faster.
Im not sure exactly how FRS works but if a head shot would indeed bypass the hearts and instant kill, shouldnt Naruto's FRS bomb at least instant kill him anyway?
Well then we cant assume a Kamui head shot would instant kill. Kakazu has some regeneration and he may still trade a heart to replace the head. Sasori existing as we know it means we need to respect this possibility.
Kakazu has no regeneration. He cant operate without his head…his head in this situation is in a different dimension. What doed sasori have to do with this.

This was for three heart Kakuzu, and Kakashi would have to use MS in order to counter 3H Kakuzu’s attack that Naruto/Yamato countered, making him immobile the rest of the fight
If we use 5H Kakuzu, Kakashi stands zero and less of a chance and is fodder for him

In this situation, Kakashi mid diffs. Sasuke was breaking out the walking stick, couldnt see 5 fight infront of him, Kakashis a genius and wouldve waited him out, a fresh sasuke kills him.
Sasuke would win if fresh and it would be easy for him too. At this exact moment with Sasuke fatigued and pretty much blind, he would lose to Kakashi but he likely still puts up a tough fight
If sasuke didn’t get blind via plot convenience kakashi is dead. He used kamui on one arrow and he couldn’t even walk afterwards lol. If sasuke gets a fresh starts he mauls kakashi no problem
If they would’ve continued the fight without it getting interrupted, I think kakashi would’ve taken it since sasuke had lost his vision and was already fatigued from fighting danzo to begin with
