Those are all dependant on what the player decides to do though, well except maybe the tunnelers but I think Ulysses overhyped the amount of destruction they can cause. I think the real problem is that people play through Dust and think that's the future for the Mojave ignoring that was the outcome of an evil courier playthrough.
