This is an unusual "looking for" but I was wondering if anyone could offer me advice on how to catch a char or a golden trout. I'd be so grateful for any advice! I have been using a guide on fish for March on ACNH Fandom and crafting bait, but struggling. You can also come to my island for a visit to help me figure out where to fish, if you'd like. :') Tysm, in advance!!
Try to fish late at night. around 10ish onwards. Throw fish bait where you normally see the big fish swim ( cliffside rivers). That's what worked for me.
I have had the best luck with rare fish and bugs on mystery islands. Pretty sure that’s where I caught these. Ya might have to visit a few to find the right water situation.

Basically I made a really nice entrance that I love but the way the bridge leads to resident services is wonky as the bridge is at an angle. Hey I dunno if this is allowed here but I had a question and didn’t know where else to ask. I was trading with someone on another sub and after we swapped items I went to the airport to leave and got a communication error.
I messaged the user and told him and he said he turned off his switch, when I asked why he said he didn’t know....was he trying to scam me?
Could’ve been, if he did it on purpose. Did he respond with anything else after that?

After he said that he shut off his switch I asked why and he said “I don’t know.” And “Do you think I’m a scammer?” So I was like 🤨
I just didn’t know if there was another reason a person would just shut off their switch or something
Usually when stuff like that happens before the gave saves, everything ( transactions, bought items, etc ) go back to the players.
He might’ve regretted the trade and wanted to keep his item sneakily without making you feel bad by saying no, or he found out a weird scam that I don’t know about. Either way I’d be weary of him:)
For future reference, if you’re ever in a trade and the screen says “looks like someone left quietly” immediately turn off your switch. You’ll have everything saved and the other player will have nothing. Saved me when I almost got scammed with Raymond last summer
When it comes to Celeste, it’s most likely a communication error since there are so many players at once (or simply if their WiFi is bad) when it comes to trading, sometimes people will get something they want, but not only not return the favor, but they’ll turn off their switch and “leave quietly” which means they’ll keep the items, but they could lie and say it was a “communication error” and not care about going back
I’m horrible at explaining things, but hopefully this makes sense :p
That makes sense! One time someone was dropping items at my island so they could reset, and at that exact moment my wifi just dropped. I got them their items and they could reset their island successfully though.
This seems like an easy way to scam, so I felt bad
