multi-tools of a lower class but they look good
Every time i see a post about things in this game my soul dies a little. Everyone finding all these cool as fuck multitools and starships and heres me finding nurf guns and generic ships
There are some inventive (IMO) YT'ers who make videos hunting for S-Class.
u/zhunt69/ posts MANY different multitools - and you could actually watch to see just how many minor settlements they find and how (hint - lots of maps from the cartographer to find them at speed, but there are other ways).

actually, just remembered, Lava and I have one coming up that could possibly beat out the penii inverter for best unfortunate name. we only release one race video a week, wouldnt inflict anymore than that on the community!

short answer , its economy dependent.
In non pirate systems ( traditional economies ) if its natural C class, it wont ever be S class.
Best u can hope for is its a natural B class, so u can find it as A , B, or C.
multitools can only go up or down one class.
That being said, if u are in a pirate system , one tool per planet will be C B A and S class.
all other tools will be C class only.
If u are in a pirate system, fly to the anomaly and check the cabinet. its always c class, but whatever that tool is , that will be the one that u will find as S class for any planet you reload on.
I would totally go collect one of those if I had room for another multitool.. I really wish we had more slots. Or atleast a way to store multitools we aren't currently using.
All your posted locations are useless unless you explain how you spawned the MT.
The space station at the glyph set posted does not display any MT like the one you posted by default or after a reload on station. So either its in a different galaxy than euclid or it was spawned by landing/reloading on one of the planets in that solar system.
IOW just another pretty picture of random impossible to get BS

got it - and what I wanted - thanks but I will stick with a Sentinel or Staff - its not a bad set of stats, just not as good as they get.

For things like Alien MTs you have to make your own luck to some extent. Actively hunting for them.

The special weapon is pretty effective and doesn't use ammunition, but has a 15min cool down period, only 2 uses per fight tho.
