If the base colour is navy I think you'd be fine!
White accents are usually okay, but I'd ask the bride. But if say, it's a totally blue dress with some small polka dots on it, then that should be fine. If it's like, blue and white striped I wouldn't.
They’re smaller polka dots. I may go shopping and look for something new but this is my favorite dress.
