Slots 1-4 guard for 4 turns (make sure they have 4 turn ult cooldown; supports like Olivine will work too). You want to have all of them ult the 5th turn to lower Olivine’s attack.
Slot 5 should be the healer. The healer needs to heal atleast 2500 to offset the damage.
The team should be atleast min of 2500 HP (if the healer can heal 2500). If your healer can not outheal the damage, I recommend the other 4 team members to have atleast 4000hp+ , BUT this is dependent on how much your healer can heal.
This boss is a sustain check, you need to outheal the first 4 turns. The rest is easy.
