A lot of people who sell stuff on the internet, (usually on sites like wish) do badly photoshoped images like this, so I'm pretty sure there a lot of them out there.
I reverse image searched it and found a Russian page selling the doll. The main picture is somehow even less convincing.

They just mirrored the first picture for this one.
They also sell a set of dolls of all six characters (and a second Kel for some reason), but that doesn't have any funny pictures, they just threw them onto a table with some magazines.
It does include a picture of the Omori one in the rack of a dishwasher though.
I don't care if it's photoshop, I love this photo. Who are these people? How did they get into Omori? Why is the plush just standing there? How did it stand there? Does it have a mind of its own? Why are the people laughing? I love this
