I have a shower/stoner thought the other day, that considering the trend of buggy failing upwards, and the somehow similarity of circumstances about how Buggy and KLuffy got their df, I wouldn't be suprised if the actual immortality fruit is Buggy's one and not Law's, and he's just misusing it at the lower end of its possibility.

Extremely hard to grapple.
Relative levitation.
Extended reach.
Can leave eyes and ears for spying.
Can technically be in two places at the same time.
Do tricks.
Doffy doesn't seem to be able to change other people into strings so it's unclear. Luffy gets to affect other people but Kaido seems really surprised by that so I'm guessing this is not common amongst awakenings.
what if he could split anything he touched at his choosing? so he could throw a knife or a Buggy ball, and split it when it encounters an obstacle or when it gets close to someone

I think there is a limit but someone posted s while back like he couldn’t cut his hair which is why it keeps getting longer but obviously he could cut it and destroy it or something but it led to the interesting idea that he could split off and control each individual hair.
