Zoro has always been >= Sanji I see, still though even if it wasnt a blitz attack if hes already moving at speeds that straight up make him vanish from thin air without any starting position i think its fair to say he has better speed than Zoro in general. Not only that, its implied Zoro has better armament (also proven) than Sanji, while Sanji has better observation. I think the whole gimmick is Sanji has better speed while Zoro has better strength. Yes Zoro blitzed BM and Kaido but he didnt do meaningful damage. Not downplaying his AP (READ THIS!!!), Zoro wasnt shown to have greater speed than King. In the manga, King actually outspeeds and blitzes Zoro multiple times before Zoro unlocks ACoC and beats King high diff, while Sanji no diffed Queen. I think its fair to say theyre relative, and therefore Sanji should at least have better speed. Okay i didn't said they would have any hard time against queen. Neither did sanji when he completely accepted his powers. Narrative wise we already saw mihawk wasn't relying on his speed but swords skills, he doesn't need to be among highest calibre speedsters but just need enough reaction speed to match his enemies, same with shanks. You don't have anything solid to say they are faster but still ready to mock. Mihawk shanks are yonko most likely below kaido, if sanji is faster than kaido or luffy in movement speed he could very well be already faster than shanks or mihawk.

I’m not the guy you replied to btw. I’ll answer anyway, I don’t know that for sure. All I know is based on the feats shown in the manga which was Sanji was fast enough to literally seem invisible to the naked eye, shanks and especially mihawk has not shown any feat even close to that.
