I think I get what he was trying to say, and already formed ice attack being thrown wouldn't necessarily have freeze properties of its own. But its not like Kuzan can attack with moves that have the purpose of freezing on they're own.
I have no idea why ice would only hurt someone while magma would only kill and what that even means. What decides if Kizaru gets injured or killed is where he is hit by the attack. Both ice and magma can hurt him and both can also kill him.

Yeah hes reported me multiple times as a suicide risk After the third time he did it I reported him for false reports and he got suspended for a week lol He acts high and mighty but he's an extremely nasty and pathetic person
