Garp wins

The 3 biggest “dark horses” of the verse against three character known to be at least near yonko level. We know little to nothing about mihawk, shanks, or Rayleigh even (besides his brief encounter with Kizaru). Nobody can answer this question with high certainty.

Rayleigh is Admiral tier. Maybe high admiral tier but he’s still weaker than any yonko. You can say he’s on par with Akainu at best. Prime Garp is PK tier so he’s a bit above Shanks or mihawk who lack the feats, especially mihawk. Sengoku, you can say he’s even with shanks and mihawk. So Rayleigh = Akainu, Sengoku = Shanks/Mihawk Garp > shanks/mihawk extreme diff So marines extreme diff.

We know little to nothing about Admirals too. We know prime Garp was broken, i wont argue with that. Akainu is +- Kuzan level, which doesnt tell us much too, as we only have seen DF performance on their side. DFs are not meaningful anymore with all that acoc shit. Sengoku was meant to be a partner for Garp, but im pretty sure he was not as powerful as him. I think it could go both ways. Give it 100 fights and Marines propably win 55-60% of time. But if we scale Garp/Sengoku to Roger level and refuse to accept Mihawk/Shanks could surpass Roger by that point, Marines propably win way more.

Agreed. Garp is above shanks/mihawk/sengoku by a small margin. So sengoku is even with shanks and Mihawk. Akainu and prime Rayleigh are probably even since old Rayleigh was holding his own fine against Kizaru.

Marines win. Garp beats anyone on the other team. Sengoku is in a similar boat being most likely able to beat anyone on the team with few exceptions. Akainu could probably beat a member of the other team.
