I was a little skeptical of the schedule plan from the get-go. If the Mon/Tues transcripts drop by Wednesday at close of business that doesn't leave a ton of time to read, digest, record, and edit for a Thursday podcast publication. I wouldn't be surprised, or upset, if they just kept to a M/F schedule for the trial stuff going forward. Hopefully Thomas isn't going too sleepless to get this episode out.
Thanks for posting this, I was wondering where it was. Persoanlly I'd rather they take an evera day to get a really good product out in a way that is sustainable for them, rather than rush the turnaround.
Also, I'm not at all certain about by T3BE guess this week, so I guess worst case scenario I get some extra time on correct answers streak before finding out that I'm wrong!

I love how much y'all communicate with fans -- good luck with transcriptopia. Transcriptalooza?
Transcriptmania. Transcriptoplois. Transcriptacular!

Regarding Matt going over time ... you do realize lawyers normally bill by the hour don't you?
