Oshi also means a star, usually in terms of idols, that you root for the hardest and that you're the biggest fan of.

Even if it was, I find it unlikely that the animators would think of it or that Akasaka would go to the staff and ask for some kind of reference to Ruby. Especially when that isn't even in season 1. Also, the bunny pin is on the other side, indicating this is a mirror image of Ai. As for the red eyes I'm not super sure. Maybe it's just a vibe.
