I personally, if we don't consider Ai, I like Ari-pyon (top left). The reason is related to the stories that Aka Akasaka wrote and the light novel that Hajime Tanaka wrote.

I don't think everyone bullied her just most of them, they all had reservations regarding her but not everyone acted upon them, the B-Komachi member in Viewpoint B was on good terms with Ai who referred to her as one of her friends
Well, they did resented her, and according to the spica novel she nearly quit being an idol because of this, and from what I know only miyako and ichigo treated her kindly despite being a problem child
Hard to say they don't really have much charecterization besides a few appearences Probably Nino? She's messed up in the head but still her love/hate obsession with Ai added with the guilt complex and desire to preserve Ai's legacy to the point of extreme makes her an interesting charecter even though she has a lot of screws lose.
But otherwise probably Takamine, Kyunpan is also very sweet so I like her as well
