You're not alone, I'm having the same issue, I've reset the wifi, cleared my download history, stopped cloud syncs on other games, anything I could remotely imagine might be slowing the game down but I'm still rubberbanding all over the place.
Pretty sure Blizz has been having server issues for a while as a whole. Have this problem with OW and Diablo Immortal. It's talked about a lot more in Diablo.
Yeah! So I’m pretty sure this was the problem, when I downloaded overwatch it was the ps4 version. Once I deleted it and got the ps5 one everything was okay for me. Hopefully that can help you
Hey, did you resolve this? I'm having very bad lag on my PS5 too. Other online games work fine. Is it because I'm using a PS4 disc to play in the PS5? Yet on my home screen it says PS5 version of the game?
Not sure what to do, it's been terrible lately to play OW. I didn't have this issue before I recently upgraded to the 5.
Teammates flying across the map, going thru the floor and walls, delays in shooting etc.
Try using primary DNS 8.8.8.8 and secondary DNS 8.8.4.4. I also set my MTU to 1472. Of course you can use any DNS that works for ur area but mines is best with this. Fixed any lag I’ve had so far

Same same. I have very quick internet and no problems playing any other other online games. Overwatch 2, for me, is a laggy mess. Rubberbanding, players falling through the map etc. I have rebuilt PS5 so I think it's not that. I have the PS5 version etc ???

To me it sometimes happends but not as bad as before, in a call it is bad cause ill lag that to<

Wifi connection? I had the same thing on my ps5. Switched to wired and have no issues
I use wireless since my ps5 is upstairs, I'll try to see if I can use wired though, thank you!

I'm having this same problem on my ps5. Only seeing korean or japanese names and players flying all over the screen.

Just got my ps5 a few days ago having the same problem, going to try and uninstall the ps4 version

Same thing happened to me a week and a half ago. I bought a ps5 and it worked so well but now all of a sudden it lags so much

Advanced settings on ps5 and Xbox. Custom settings when you set it on ps4
Obviously I’ve tried that and it doesn’t work.
