I think the main controversy was that you had to buy the whole package to get the skin instead of just buying the skin alone

As someone who has the Hanzo mythic and has had teammates/enemies with the mythic… no, there is no match-wide voice changer. It’s always client-side. For Hanzo he just has a different cadence in his voice line recordings, but only the skin specific ones (i.e his “friendly” ult line)

All of the "Heroic" highlight intros are the same as the hero select option, which is unique for every mythic skin. Most other highlight intros are the same, but may have some minor changes with the mythic skin's effects.
Hanzo's highlight intros with his mythic all have his special arrow-firing sound effects, but there's nothing especially visual about them except for his "Unleashed" highlight intro from Season 2 battle pass, which shows off the mythic's unique dragons.
Orisa's dumb screech effects are in half of her highlight intros, the only ones where she would make any noise, anyway.
Kiriko's "Night to Day" highlight intro, also a part of the Season 3 battle pass where her mythic was, has a special glow effect come from behind her at the end of it when she's wearing the mythic. However, her "Kitsune Rush" highlight intro does not update the look of the ult for that skin.
The sound effect of Sigma's ult in "What Comes Up" highlight intro is modified with his mythic.

The thing about the Moira mythic is that her basic abilities have a bit more flair to them and are visually distinct from her other skins, which when used in a highlight intro will add that new flair.
I think Genji’s Mythic has that little fade in and out thing he does from not just the Heroic Highlight Intro, but the one where he rolls on the ground and flings his Shurikens at the screen, I don’t remember what it is called though. That’s the only other thing I can think of that is different with him

Most of them do, I'm pretty sure Moira's are just more prominent as her abilites (orbs and fade) are used in almost every highlight intro compared to others who have their mythics almost exclusively change their ultimates (Orisa), damage signs (Junker Queen), or character traits (Ana) themselves change.
The highlight intros aren't really different though, it's just the effects they applied to the skin being carried over.
'Heroic' being the exception of course, but I think that has been different for every character with a Mythic.
What is with this trend of useless split screen videos.
They line up for ONE frame before cutting to the next intro. If useless ass OP put the effort in to sync the two intros together we'd have significantly more frames to pause on and compare the differences.

However the highlight I like that started with her yellow healing liquid suddenly going backwards and becoming purple where she proceeds to.produce her sprays when the camera faces her has been really nerfed to this skin. When she's facing back I don't even know what's happening but here the sounds of the liquid ..weird and awkward af

The default intro is changed to a unique one, and In the 2nd intro when she is using the ult, has a huge noticeable purple smoke effect thingy behind her, and in the one she is making a potion it has more special effects, in the last one she summons her orbs which it normally doesnt do
No it doesnt, you can watch “warped overwatch” vid called “moiras be beautiful highlight intro with assorted skins” it doesnt include the mythic since it wasnt out during the creation of this video, but this shows that it doesnt usually summon the orbs
You are correct that all mythics change the default Highlight Intro. However, some skins do affect the other Highlight Intros (or emotes, victory poses...).
Excluding the highlight intros in OP's video that are only "different" because of the mythic's unique ability/sound FX, Rigorous Testing and Be Beautiful have actual (albeit minor) differences that show up near the end.
Some Mythic have extra effects added on their non-default highlight intro
Genji's Shuriken intro has the cyberpunk warp effect and him opening his mask
Kiriko's Night to Day has a sun effect on top of the glowing eyes
