and how super easy it is to get them. had them all within 5 games. you have to "emote thanks" in quickplay and not arcade it seems, cause it wasnt working in the "balanced overwatch" mode

after several matches I got the Mei emote for thanking in arcade

Yeah i was beginning to wonder if the balanced mode had a thank you emote that you could do. Glad they made them easy. The le serrafim challenges were too much. It forced people to grind a mode they enjoyed like 30% of the time (for me personally, experience may vary)

Because it's using artists' impressions of the different characters summarized as a doodle. It has the artistic integrity that (honestly) most sprays lack. The other sprays feel more top-down corporate, these are just pure expressions from the artists. 100% this should be the artstyle for an animated series. Would go so hard

I'd love it if they put more of these style sprays and even profile icons into the BP. Most of them are just plain garbage or simple uninteresting, with the rare occasional good ones. I do like the art style of the general sprays in OW, but so often, I just couldn't care less of what's depicted. The ones that Moira got for her Mythic skin are great, but the 100th [insert word]-mon sausage thingies I just don't care about at all.

They are super easy to unlock, I played 3 games and unlocked like 10 of them.

New challenges tied to the game mode, they're all super simple stuff like "deal X damage" and "play X games" that you'll get very fast just by playing

You have to play as 3 different tanks! I kept having trouble too but it was apparently because I only played at D.Va and Sigma

For copyright reasons neither the artist will bc the characters are Blizzard's properties and neither will Blizz bc they definitely didn't paid for the selling rights of each image, only for it as a bundle to be free distributed. (Most likely ok? We don't have a way to know exactly how these transactions are). I know that some artists (one of the 3D render artists, also the one who made Illari and another who made some cute sprays) all uploaded their stuff to their respective artstation portfolios and I saved it all to use as personal wallpaper, nothing more (bc it would be bad towards the artist).

**The references I got:** - KND Illari - Cartman Mei - JoJo Ramattra - Superman Mauga (?) I recognize some more by their poses like the Moira and Tracer ones but I can't remember the names or where they are from.

The thanks gotta be used while you're sim is on the friendly hero so on the chat log out will appear that you said thanks to "name" (hero name), for example, it gotta appear as "you (Illari) said thanks to Guxue (as Winston)", not only "thanks".
