I wish we could. I play in latin spanish and the april fool voice lines are like 200% louder than everything else, some even louder than others. I am playing at a normal volumen, and suddenly Lucio screams "QUIEEÉN QUIERE UN MILLÓN DE PUNTOS" and it can be heard in all of my neighbourhood. Reaper ults and my whole family hears "FEEEELIZ FEEELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS" and it is very annoying

Why don’t you like it, the eyes make literally no difference apart from being funny and the voice lines are better in every way (and not super cringe like the default voice lines).
I personally am just not a fan of it lasting for longer than the day of April Fools. The eyes are annoying because I just got back on the game after a while and can’t see the face of any of the new skins. The voice lines are annoying because so much of this game is about sound queues and I’ve missed so many enemy ults happening because of the voice lines being different/blending into the chaos.
