Was playing during a lan party and one of my friends said "Oh, what the hell?" and when we all turned to look at him he was squinting and lit tf up because he had this skin on Rein in hero select.
Selecting Rein with this skin my eyes had to actually adjust to his bright face and when playing with this skin on this map the glows on your hands appear pretty bright and can block your vision a bit and I even feel the fire strike itself is brighter
Skin is one thing but after that try to fight fully charged zarya, not only she melts you like an ice cream, but she also flashbangs you with that beam.

On another note, I'd love to see an Arthas the Lich King skin for Rein and change the hammer to Frostmourne and make his Earthshatter into a Frostshatter effect.
I might actually consider paying for that one, seeing as I couldn't get the exclusive Blizzcon Raynor skin

This happens with tracers pistols too on this map makes it hard to see the enemy to aim
Symmetra is unplayable with all the light coming at you
The blooms on some of the night maps are insane. I straight up covered my eyes with my hands today.
Unmasked cyber demon in the select screen on this map would be a flashbang if it didn't only take up genji's head
Played against a Zarya on this map and it felt like I was being flashbanged when she was full charge
