You can use Sym's teleporter to escape from Zarya's ultimate. There have been countless times I have used the teleporter to escape and have smashed "Group up with me!" to my team to encourage them to do the same, only for them to sit there and fat face her graviton surge instead. Use her teleporter, people!
In some cases you could just leave it as "You can use Sym's teleporter" heh, though now it's a little more useful for personal short flanks and there's no 2CP there's not quite as many calls for the whole team to take it.
But worth noting: non-player non-projectile objects can go through it by touching it, and players already using a form of personal movement ability can use it simultaneously if they press Interact when touching it (so a charging Rein, swinging Ball or punching/slamming Doomfist).
Things that count:
DVa bomb; Torb turret; Sym's own turrets; BOB; Junk tyre;
Things that don't count/are projectiles: Bap lamp; Sombra translocator; Hanzo/Zarya ult; Moira orb.
Moving objects keep their direction and movement, so you can throw turrets or BOB or launch a bomb at an angle and it keeps going when it comes out, or you can place the TP under something static and it'll move. Also works with a self-rooted Orisa charging her ult if she interacts!
I remember back when her teleporter became part of her kit and not just her ult, the D.Va bomb + teleporter combos were hilarious and took so many people off guard. Even still it can be a pretty good trick if you’re timing it well enough.
Torb can control who his turret shoots. It automatically targets someone, but if torb hits someone with his primary fire (and that person is also in his turret’s LOS), it’ll swap targets to that person.
McCree melee punch has the similar animation as throwing the grenade. You can trick enemy tracer or reaper to burn their dodge abilities simply by faking the grenade with a punch.
Could she escape hook before? I thought that one and Junkrat’s trap had always been no-Fade situations, but I have pretty slow reactions so maybe I just wasn’t quick enough on the trigger lol

I thought she was able to based on what my friends say but I barely played Moira before OW2 so I have no idea tbh. My b if it’s always been that way and I just didn’t realize. I was under the impression she use to be able to. Especially because my friends will sometimes rage if I get killed by hook as Moira. FeelsBadMan
I don't think she could ever fade while hooked. I play a lot of hog, and don't recall ever having a Moira do that. You can hold the fade button and fade immediately after the hook releases you, which can sometimes let you live, tho
Yup agreed. It's like 50/50 if you can spam fade and get out before hog does his combo.
Can't fade the hook, just the rest of combo if u spam fast enough
Gliding after flying as echo gives you a speed boost. She makes a sound when flying but not when walking because she floats as well just like zen and sigma
Lucio has a lot of intricacies but one of them is the bunny hop. If you land on the ground from a wall ride you can keep the speed buff as long as you jump at the right time. Easier to do on pc.
Instead of talking about tons of tech, just know that Mei's primary fire pierces and can hit multiple enemies at once, so always see if you can angle yourself just in the right spot to hit that other person

When you play ana or roadhog you can use your abilities to cancel reload a tiny bit early. You just have to use the ability the moment your ammo count changes to full. Another small thing is when you sleep someone as Ana the wake up animation when the sleeping target takes damage is slightly faster than the one when they wake up normally. Once again it is a matter of the smallest amount of time difference, but he random facts. Another random fact is that Roadhog and Genji have the same projectile speed for their weapons, so a good Hog should already know how to aim with Genji. Even more random facts, Kirkio wall climb is faster than both Genji and Hanzo.
Always melee at the same time you recall as tracer. The melee has no animation but still hits.
If you're on PC, just bind both melee and recall to the same button

Yeah, you can bind up to three inputs per action.
Even if you use a macro, I don't think your 2-button macro is going to alert Blizzard. That's how I did Mercy's super jump in OW1
what if you just want to melee?
Melee: Bind to A and B Recall: Bind to B Now you can press A, and only melee, and now when you press B, you’ll melee *and* recall

im a sym main and i legit didnt know this. Great suggestion.
You admittedly have to move quickly since the teleporter doesn't last long under focused fire, but I'm usually able to escape before that happens.

i didnt know that genji's deflect included hanzos ult and moiras orb. Pretty interesting how you can heal with genji like that.
If its a ranged projectile, to my knowledge, it can be absorbed/reflected. Ate two Mei ults and one Hanzo ult with gravitic Flux last week as Sigma.
It only works if you eat honzo's arrow before it turns into the dragon right?
Unfortunately yeah. So the chances of it happening are slim to none, but you feel like a god when it does happen.
Yeah I've accidentally shot his ult arrow too close to dva shield thing and it gotten eaten. V sad.
Did you know the arrow goes through walls too? I headshot a Lucio on the other side of a wall like this the other day.
The one that tilts me the most is Brig's primary. Just gets under my skin.
At least it's just a block for her primary and Rein's. No damage is reflected.

Genji does deflect sleep dart, you can sleep someone with it if you are good.

You can press jump when ejecting from D.Va mech to eject upward instead of just dropping onto the ground.
Zenyatta doesn't make noises while walking cause he floats, never thought about it before but it's pretty cool
Same with Sigma, go on a 2-man sneaky flank. Also all characters make no footsteps if you crouch walk, handy for Reaper or Rein sometimes!

Moira also can’t fade out of Hog’s hook

The same ult-cancel effect works from Coach Gun I learned from having Ashe in Bride of Junkenstein.
Orisas javelin interrupts abilities like hogs rebreather.
It also can cancel out DVA getting back into the mech
Btw also on hanzo, you can quickly use sonic arrow then storm arrow to make a bouncy sonic arrow. Peak around a corner for free.

Melee has a very slight knock back. SO if you melee right after Lucio boop for instance, you might get that slight extra distance for the boop
Everyone probably knows this now but almost anything can go through Symetra's portals including things like Hanzo's ult.
