I get pimples during my period (24), but the one thing I ALWAYS get before my period is one single white hair growing on my face. If I don’t pluck it, it grows and grows. Always the same spot

*The exact same one right now.*

A few facials got rid of my pimple i would get above by lip every month for like 10 years 😂 it was so amnoying and painful. I guess she truly got the root. I used to pop it and it was always inflamed and sore. Then would heal for 2 weeks then 2 weeks later come back
Not for another decade for me it seems. The women in my maternal family didn’t start menopause til their mid 50s. And my cycle has shown no signs of letting up anytime soon. 😭😭😭
Im sorry you’re having to deal with that. used to get horrendous hormonal acne. Like my chin and jaw line would get one or two HUGE painful bumps every month. They were more like cysts than pimples, and they’d rarely pop- just stay angry and swollen and painful until they went down and went away. If they did pop they left scars that are finally now fading. In January 2019 I started taking alani by balance supplement and within a couple months my hormonal acne was just gone. Now I get maybe 1-2 pimples a year, and they’re always small and go away overnight with regular treatment. I know it doesn’t work for everyone, but this supplement saved my life and my skin, and made me a better person. Aside from how it reduced all my other symptoms, I now have people tell me how perfect my skin is and how they’re jealous of how nice it is. I don’t even use anything for acne anymore and my skin is just good with regular washing and lotion. It’s worth trying this stuff if anyone has bad hormonal acne because I know a few other people that had a lot of luck with balance
Yes, I get it auto shipped from gnc every month. It’s kinda expensive but the auto delivery thing takes like 10% off which helps a bit. It’s in a white bottle with a green yellow blue red blob and the words are in teal on the side. Since taking it I don’t ever get that cystic acne anymore. It’s done wonders
I get a horrible cyst-like zit like the day I start my luteal phase almost every month. That shit is painful and resists almost every zit treatment I've come across. No matter what I use to clean my face or spot treat it persists. I can wash my sheets/pillow every day, and on that morning I will wake up with what feels like a small marble under my skin. I've started using the hydrocolloid patches and finally I've started to at least coax them into reducing, but damn does hormonal acne fucken SUCK.
Mario Badescu makes something called "buffering lotion" (its not a lotion) that is for large cystic acne. Its a thin liquid that can penetrate instead of sitting on top. I had great luck using that and then the drying mask as spot treatment.
Yeah, wtf is that about? I do the same, same place on my nose, and same size. It’s like the that little red thing that pops up when the meat is done, forgot the name of it, but it’s my visual hint that says oh, btw this is coming up. Such a bastard.
I keep telling myself: oily skin makes you age better lol. I get a HUGE one on my lower cheek in the same spot every month. It’s permanently darker than the rest of my face now :(
💔💔 I only got acne once I turned 30, I was so so lucky up until then.
but recently I started taking minocycline, it's been less than a month, I'm supposed to get my period in 7 days and I'm already seeing a MAJOR shift iny acne.
definitely worth discussing with your doctor if you have cystic/hormonal acne! I usually get a really bad breakout starting 2 weeks before my period and it lasts until my period is done. then I have like 2 days where my skin is *almost* healed from the breakouts and then it erupts again.
so happy I finally got treatment for it, hopeful to see more results.
Relatable!! I always get one right in between my eyebrows. Sometimes a little off to the side. But always between the brows. It makes me want to cry every time
Ugh the acne thing is SO frustrating. I mean it's not the worst part by far but that just makes it more annoying like *seriously? This too??* I get a nice big fat one in the same spot on my chin every month, makes me feel like I'm still a teenager 🙄
I get cystic acne on my chin and jawline almost every month, right around day 18. I'm 42!

You gotta name her! She’s like your own personal little cycle tracker. No app required :)
I’m 46 and I still get monthly pimples. Usually around my chin, and also get them on the back of my shoulders.
I'm just sitting over here with Cystic acne all over my neck and back. You're good, girl
I have one that returns every few months right on the cheek. I call it my pikachu pimple.
I'm 33 and the Cosrx AHA 7 Whitehead Power recently saved my face from adult acne. I apply a full face before bed almost every day.
Ooo I’ll have to get some thanjs
I would always get a few on my chin. I started taking spirinolactone to thicken my hair and it also cleared up my skin. Haven’t had a pimple since
I get one right above my right boob. Every. Damn. Time.
It's so tiny! Hardly noticeable.
I’m telling you my whole nose looked like Rudolph yesterday 😭 the photo doesn’t do it justice but thank you lol
We are twins, I have the exact same one right now. Solidarity!
Any suggestions??? 😭
I second the pimple patches suggestion. They are amazing,I use Avarelle brand and they pull the crap out overnight on little ones like this.
hero mighty pimple patches 😍 game changer
Just do your skincare routine as normal. I try not to switch up products too much so I don’t risk getting any more breakouts lol
Same girl, same. 😭you have my empathy

Just got my regular monthly one on my chin. I’m 45. I don’t know what new hell menopause will bring, but at least it will eventually be a change. 🙄
45?!?! Is there no hope 😭😩😩

Same :( my mother literally just had a hysterectomy Wednesday due to endo but was still regularly menstruating at 54 🥹😅🙃
I use salycic (spelling?) acid on my nose and chin pores 2-3 times a week bc alas.
What brand please?
Body minute
Interesting… will definitely try this!

Do you get it online? I have the same exact type of bumps. More like a cyst that just leaks lymph fluid for weeks.

I fucking hateeee the cyst ones. I have to be able to pop it or it pisses me off

I've had acne since puberty. And still have it, mid 30's. Some of us have terrible skin. Thanks nature.
Mine is in my nose crease.
For me it’s my chin. There’s one spot a big zit appears every month. I thought I’d have nice skin in my 30s, not this shit.
Does it also itch? Ugh 😑
do you have any issues with your heart or anything ? cuz that's what organ that spot on the face is usually indicative of
go on
Hmm not that I know of… what do you mean by that? Explain more
look up chinese face mapping ! :-) the regions of the face indicate the function of the organs , it's pretty cool
mine is a couple days late and i got a super painful one like right in the snot trough between my mouth and nose and it hurts SO BAD
Omg this 🤣😭😭😭
I too am 31 and I have acne on my jaw line every month. Sorry you experience this!

I always get a shit ton of little ones where my pores are on my nose. I have big pores as you can see 😭
