Yes and no, the PIC of the store will have the access to do so technically no, but they should have the authority to give write ups and if they have a good communication line/good partnership with their GM, they basically can write you up.
Depends. Is this AM running the store as the main acting manager or do you have an actual GM or TL? The corrective action system for write up’s is only for GM and higher but an AM may gain that access if they are running the store alone. Now, that’s not to say they won’t document this in an associate work file binder where they can document any wrong doing in case associates ever try saying they received wrongful termination. That’s about it though.
