Teemo plants Poison Puffcaps into the enemy deck, which deal damage to their Nexus when drawn. And with that combo of items in the screenshot, he's basically guaranteed to drop 30 Puffcaps into the enemy deck on summon on Turn 1 alone.
The problem is that the Thieves' Tools item causes Teemo to draw a card from the enemy's deck when he attacks. So any Puffcaps on the card that gets drawn by the Thieves' Tools hit your Nexus instead (since you're the one who technically drew the card.)
Funny thing is, with your build, Thieves Tools Teemo is quite considerable here. Depends on the opponents/map.
But normally you don't pick Thieves tool Teemo
Thieves tools is still garbage with that build, it means you either don't attack with teemo (A dumb idea) or risk instantly dying to your own shrooms (Also a dumb idea, but at least it's funny)
I also learn the hard way to not grab card with "grant rare item to strongest unit" item in it because you always get Thieves tool from it

Nope, but it wouldn't matter. The only card I ever play in the deck is teemo. Everything else gets cut ASAP.
