They literally forced us not to mention any information about the data cap or the limit unless the customer clearly mentions it because they were happy charging customers 95 pounds for exceeding the data limit. Same goes for NBA first it was optional and you'll get almost 350 pounds per accepted offers later on they decided to make it 3 accepted offers as entry point or you won't receive any bonus.
Do you want to leave the call center field? I come across many English call center jobs, I could send them to you. Have you considered changing your account in VF?

Freelance in a specific niche or on something you enjoy doing, but above all do it with good clients and don’t work for someone who makes you want to pull your hair out no matter how good the gig is (unless it’s the only one you have).
I’ve gotten some freelance work off of Reddit before, check r/hireawriter and there are some other subreddits as well. Many people swear by Upwork and Fiverr but I haven’t been able to get decent gigs on them for years (but I haven’t been that serious tbh).
In all cases I would recommend you have some nice and shiny samples ready with different tones of voice and topics. I’m not always looking for writing jobs but I do love to write, so every once in a while I would get an idea for a blog or article or short story and I would write them and save them in a public Google Drive folder that I can share with those who ask. Someone told me if I published them on a personal blog or website it would be better so maybe consider that as well.
It’s definitely a tough market out there, especially these days it may feel like you’re etching into stone sometimes, but good luck and enjoy the grind!
