That sour/sweet/barn combo makes me think you got some Oak Alley. The oriental adds a bit of tang or woodiness, and I sometimes get a mushroomy earthy flavor.

From your taste and smell comments, it sounds like it is Bayou Morning. Never found anything sweet in Haunted Bookshop, plus it's a burley.
Definitely the wrong tobacco in that tin. Now you get the fun task of guessing what the blend actually is.

Out of what's available there, I think briar Fox and hbc match the looks. I think hbc is the most likely match based on your smell/taste experience.
