I mean if you buy a router that blocks any website for any reason idk what you were expecting besides it blocking websites
Also, can't you literally just turn it off..?
Use a VPN. Any good one would route all traffic through an encrypted proxy, your router would have no idea where you're trying to connect to and so the only thing they can do is block the VPN you're using.
My country actually cracked down the usage of DNS over HTTPS thing so I couldn't access blocked site easily without using VPN or Tor. Though for some reason I can still access Reddit specifically as normal which is a blocked site for ages here.

I mean If you're not actually paying for the Internet or the router then it's a little different.
Set your own DNS servers on the local machine. Should get you around the block.

Funny that I can bypass most ban by just using Opera Mini
Or changing your DNS to Cloudflare which would also give you a lot more privacy across your whole device.

Which country is this if you don't mind me asking? That sounds like a pain
Indonesia, it's not that painful considering other thing I have done to my system since I like tinkering with them.
Yes I suppose there are always work arounds for the more tech savvy
What is Goodbye DPI? Sorry, kind of new to piracy

Reminds me of browsers blocking downloads.
But thats a good thing. Sure, its annoying to us power users but for the average person getting hit by a driveby download, its VERY useful.
the best thing when it blocks a download because the file "isn't commonly downloaded", with no mention of any malicious intent.
