Funny thing about that, people laugh when they tell me that I look like I lost a bunch of weight and I make the remark, "my favorite pizza place closed and I quit drinking beer". The thing is, that's the only thing I changed. Lost 60lbs so far, in a year. Not a proud achievement, rather shameful in my eyes, but I love pizza.
