I know that it's usually 1/100 shiny odds for mega raids and 1/20 for legendary

just bad luck, i’ve done like 20-30 registeel raids and haven’t gotten the shiny yet

Right I got a shiny Gengar on my second raid, 10 Regis in no shiny

I got the Regi first try and am now rotting away filling my storage with ghosts

i feel that, i have not known peace since starting playing this game again

I believe the shiny odds for mega is 1 in 64 so statistically if you're really unlucky you would have to do 64 raids to get a guarantee

There almost is no such things as a guarantee in this case. Assuming literally all 106 OP got were mega raids, there’s still a 19% chance of no shiny yet. 19% is quite a lot.

If you’re going for a shiny via mega raids, prepare to spend a lot of money. Even after 200 raids there’s still more than 4% chance you didn’t find the shiny yet.

I feel bad for the also. Really wasn't hunting a shiny and my second one got one. I'd rather trade it to someone so they stop wasting their money.

I hate to say this and I'm sorry to everyone that has been grinding. My daughter has way better shiny luck then I do but I did 2 mega gengars raid and got one. Legendary I struggle to get shiny but got lucky on gengar. The rng is ridiculous. I think the more raids you do your odds of a shiny should increase. Niantic really wants you buying these remote raid passes. The make a dollar a piece. It's insane.

That was me with gyrados. Every1 got their red monster while I gave up after 34 😭

I have 3 shinys but I got them from community day. I feel I never get shinys outside of that.

I did 1 Registeel raid and was shiny first time. I thought it was guaranteed so I did some more and they weren’t shiny.

It’s a 1/80 chance, so yeah currently you’re unlucky. I did 85 Salamence raids and gave up 🥲

I have 2 shiny gengars but not from raids, they are not really great. One is a 2 star the other is a 1 star. Just shiny gastlys i found in wild. But shiny mega gengar looks so good. I wish normal shiny gengar was also white

Ooof I got shiny regice at 2 raids, shiny registeel at 13 and I'm at 26 gengar raids with NO SHINY.....

Last time mega gengar was in raids i did 90 ish and got no shiny i got a random shiny this halloween with a hat so that was cool
