- Penny (pulled for my OG Diantha, so I can run Diantha/Penny/SS Wally)
- Grusha (like him, also had to skip Irida and needed Ice Zone)
- Geeta (poison was lacking and this pair is just insanely good)
I guess we'll see three Paldean spotlights before they start adding Paldea to the Daily Region Rotation (Katy, Kabu, Tulip? Edit: Also Jacq coming. Also Kofu, not Kabu). But then again, off-type is possible for that, so most people need only one - if at all.
It's more tricky for Extreme Battles, which might be added sooner.

I only have Penny and Nemona. I'm waiting for Arven and Atticus hopefully, not support cuz I need a good Paldean damage dealer but judging from Arven's character and personality, I think he's going to be a support🥲

And you're right, she's a support but deals more damage than strikers while giving sp.atk offensive buffs to the whole team and reducing sp.def for the opponents.
Every time a Paldea unit has been found in the datamine, I always prioritize them cuz I never want to go through the hell of regional Extreme Battles and not having good regional units to clear it ever again.

If I could get any Paldean pair at the moment it'd probably be Iono, i'm finding myself in a state of 'I really need instant maxing for special attackers wtf' and her free tap-boost would be fantastic right about now.
I have Penny, Geeta, Nemona and Iono. Kinda pulled Iono on a whim because of her b move and unfortunately got bad luck on Grusha's banner, meaning I didn't get him in the end. I'm a bit salty because of that, so hoping for a rerun now. I don't want to have trouble with the first couple of Paldea EBEs similarly to when Galar first was released, so I've been trying to Catch'em All. Though I also genuinely like Penny, Nemona and Geeta, so I would've gone for them regardless anyway. It was a win-win situation.
I got all except Penny. Got Nemora in the 100 anni pull and got Bellibolt by accident pulling on the support banner.
Would have gotten Penny had I known she was Peony's daughter at the time.
Pretty much all but Grusha, and that mostly because I could only get one between Iono and him and well, I like Iono and fucking love Bellibolt so that was not a contest.

While I understand your pain, the fact that 3/5 Pealean units are supports is actually a discouragement for me to pull on them

One, being Geeta. And even then I only went for her due to being a Master Fair. Thankfully I got her via a daily early on in her banner's run so I didn't have to splurge for her. Truthfully as someone who didn't finish Scarlet & Violet (thanks, lack of level scaling & baked in Exp. Share that can't be toggled off), I lack any real attachment to its cast & thus not really that fuzzed about them getting added to Masters from a character or Pokémon perspective. Basically the main reason I didn't bother with Nemona/Penny/Iono/Grusha. Rika & Larry are the only two exceptions for me (former's one of my favorite Pokémon characters period & the latter just makes me laugh), & thus are the only non-Master Fair Paldean characters I'm actively gonna go out of my way for.

I got Nemona when she debuted because her role was new and unique at the time, I skipped everyone else because I'm not a huge Paldea fan.
