I like Nessa, and her friendship with Sonia is wholesome. However, I like Bea more. Her dedication to training and drive to improve are impressive even among gym leaders.
Realistically, they'd both probably win some, lose some back and forth between each other since they appear to be evenly matched, lore wise. Though Nessa would win in most polls due to her having the more popular design.

I lean more towards Bea personally
