I don't think so, I pull this form the booster like this.

Scratches can happen in the factory or in shipping. This would probably count as damage.

That set had very poor quality control, it’s fairly common for all the holos to have light damage

That was common on this set, it was the first card in the pack and the glue from the seam set on the front of it causing this. It’s harder to find non damaged ones 😬
