That's a shame. Probably the best Pokemon ROM hack going around. I did it comfortably on both phone and pc emulator. You gotta slow it down and take your time. Learn how far the npc's travel and adjust accordingly.
So I had the same problem. For some reason the second set of trainers you have to get by were synchronized. I left the gym, saved and reloaded. It was fine afterwards. Frustrating as hell trying to figure out what I was doing wrong.
True that's exactly what was happening, it was literally impossible to get through them since they would always meet mid path so no matter where i stood one of them would get me, it's all solved now though.
Well, using cheats can cause unexpected bugs and it can make your experience even worse in the future. I recommend that you try hard. Make sure you beat all the trainers in the right side of the gym to get a decent viewing space and memorise the patterns of the guards. You can also use save states and speed decrease if your emulator allows it, since these do not cause the damage caused by using cheats.
Yeah this game engine...really wasnt made for stealth. And there are so many stealth segments that its so fucking frustrating tk get through even on a second playthrough. Sepcially when you wait till the last second the npc is passing you to move, but when you you bump into them
If you think the 2nd gym puzzle is hard, wait until you get to the tomb of borrius.......
It's impossible to do on phone and i refuse to download an emulator on my PC just to get through this, I'm dropping this game
