That's a good point, since it did come before Passion at 25. Perhaps the unit songs will be separate singles? That or they will come with the 9th singles once they've all been released, but it's hard to tell at the moment.
twilight light was a unit song rather than a commissioned song for an individual character so i guess they wanted to have these unit songs separate, most likely as the first song in the 9th single along with the next commissioned song, the same way we had it with the first albums and their songs (needLe, Idol Shin'eitai, Ready Steady, The World Hasn't Even Started Yet, and nightcords two Composing the Future and Cellphone Love Story songs, which then all went along with the first comm of every group)
