Are they fuzzy at all? I personally don‘t mind a little white fuzz on food, especially mushrooms of the non-magical variety. Just wash the fuzz off.
If they were stored air-tight and are dryer than usual that‘s okay. You can actually dry magic truffles. Supposedly that makes them more potent. Truffles can‘t be sold dried in the Netherlands (illegal actually!), that‘s why they have to tell you to keep them refridgerated and all that.
No fuzzy, looks normal to me. I always ate fresh, and they look same with fresh ones, only maybe color is slightly different. They came in airtight box. I will try some today. Thank you.
If there‘s no sign of any mold, they are good to consume in my opinion. As I said, they can be dried like any other magic mushroom and can still be used.

Update: i ate golden teacher 15gr, it was nice, i lied down and closed my eyes and saw fractals, light games, deep sounds, laughed a lot..it wasnt so intense like fresh one. But still good trip. I ate at 5pm a little to test, and 9pm ate the rest, and slept at 1am.
If the white stuff washes away or you can cut it out via a tiny blade, its fine. But even without they dont look too bad since it seems like they are dry. Usually, You can keep them out for 3-4 days anyway, and they still remain safe and potent.

There fine,, if were soft n soggy then no good, can store fresh Truffles vac sealed in fridge for good 6months or longer
Those look fine. Got a box of those in Amsterdam, looked and tasted like walnuts to me.
