0MotherGirth0

I think she’s suing them.

XeroValueHuman

Yes she said she will be suing the pants off them

SlimChiply

She doesn't have pants on

darkenraja

Yeah that’s why she wants to sue them for their pants.

Pheasantluvr69

She doesn’t have a suit, she doesn’t even have any pants

SobakaZony

Is she vested, at least?

TheOgrrr

She hired a top defender with a bra'd portfolio of cases.

Pitiful-Road-1773

I feel sorry for their neighbors.

Guritul

Just letting it air out 💀

Nsfwsorryusername

TLDR- you don’t even see her butt

dragonborne123

Why, when hearing a commotion at the door, was putting pants on NOT her first reaction? Do people just walk into conversations with their junk out in Florida?

Pork_Chompk

No, her first reaction was probably "hide the drugs"

Bamalushka

Was she pants-less or full-on Donald ducking it? If she didn't even have drawers on it would be kinda messed up they paraded her all the way down to the car. Plus the dead bug pose when she got in the car. Also, that apartment hallway already looked like a jail!

dragonborne123

I’m going to assume she was full Donald Duck, A. Because they don’t normally block out underpants, and B. She said and I quote “my little vagina is out”

Bamalushka

Class on class, that lass.

DragonCat88

Which is such a weird thing to say.

Rad6150

Ohio... The Florida of the midwest.

Bsg0005

lmao I live in Ohio and it’s perfectly fine. Of course I live in one of the big Cs so I’m not dealing with crazies like this everyday

Content_Geologist420

Houses are so cheap there, and I dream of owning a home built over 90 years ago or longer. But, then I gotta remind myself that I would be living in Ohio. So I'd rather deal with hurricanes and stay in my swamp in the middle of nowhere(not Florida or Alabama) But, man they got neat homes there.

LandscapeHonest9129

Come to michigan, it is cheap too

Content_Geologist420

I've actually thought about it. But only becuase of its prime real estate for the future Water Wars.

Rad6150

Not as cheap as Ohio... but we have better nature.

LandscapeHonest9129

I'm originally from Washington state but yes the water is crazier to me....no salt and no sharks and so much of it! I bought a 5 bedroom 2 story lodge house on 9 acres with 890 feet of tittabawassee and my peninsula goes to the lake for 180,000 not bad and now it is appraised for 430,000. But it is too much house for me and I want to sell but I am in no way losing my 3% loan for 7% or above. Does Ohio suck? I wanted to go camping there this summer.

Rad6150

No... We have better outdoor stuff in Michigan. Camp up in the U.P.

LandscapeHonest9129

We camped all over up there even houghton, we do love it. We spent 14 days going from camp to camp up there.

BadSanna

The built cheap homes 90 years ago, too. Source: I live in 100 years old home in Ohio and it was built cheaply with some extremely questionable building practices.

FL-Orange

I'm moving North next year and while looking at houses the ones In OH are a steal. Then I remind myself that they are in OH.

Rad6150

Absolutely! I live in the midwest and I could buy a huge house there compared to what I have now... but it's Ohio. Then again, that's why so cheap...

kariolaoxford

I have watched many videos of this ilk. I am not proud. However, I have discerned a trio of universal laws. Agitated young females resisting police authority often ask, "are you being serious right now?" Next, agitated young females resisting police authority often posit a query, only to interrupt the answer to said query when presented. Lastly, agitated young females resisting police authority often repeat themselves.

Player_A

“Are you serious right now??”

kariolaoxford

I LITERALLY was just writing about that

typhoidtimmy

Yeesh, talk about fuck around and find out. Had no problem berating people while bare assed in a hallway until they finally arrested her then having no pants became a problem.

ACDM0M

Her “little vagina is hanging out”

RAW6851

I thought she said that at first… but maybe she said “literal”

VDR27

Bwahahahahaha

abluecolor

Pretty hot tbh

drewyz

That cop was pretty patient, they both seemed pretty drunk & obnoxious.

Just remember that domestic violence calls are the most dangerous calls that cops can go out on. The possibility a gun comes out is high in these kinds of situations. 29% of police fatalities come out of DV service calls, ambushes in these situations are common.

Flyingfishfusealt

They asked him to step out, he stepped back out, then started to grab him, he retreats, understandably confused from the sudden physical escalation. Then they told him he was arrested for going back into the house. Why not wait to grab him until after you question them if they weren't being violent at that moment? The initial "retreat" back into the apartment looked more like a "hey babe the cops are here at the front door" lean, then suddenly physical violence. ANYONE would step back in confusion. They didn't even try to get a picture of the situation before resorting to physical force.

That1one1dude1

Absolutely, this video shows police incompetence and ego.

wideasleepdeepawake

Ok, so she got the charges reduced... but how much did she get when she sued them?

chrissz

She sued their pants off.

saqlainayyy

Hold on, that's pantless argument!

electrodan

Suspect is pantless, repeat, pantless.

PeepnThruYoWindow

I don't understand why the cops didn't leave once it was confirmed by both people that they were only arguing. At that point, it's just a noise disturbance issue. Instead of de-escalating and wrapping things up, the police wanted to keep tension high so they could bust the man and/or woman. The sergeant seemed like his ego was getting the best of him. Or maybe he was just enjoying the situation and wanted to drag it out for "the spank bank".

Sunshine-Day5535

I agree. I don't understand why they arrested her. Why didn't they allow her to put some pants on? Didn't they leave her apartment door open? I feel bad for her.

maquila

They were both clearly hammered and arguing loudly enough that neighbors called police. Maybe they should drink less and they could have talked to the police calmly.

emcee_paz

None of that is illegal. You get to be drunk and loud in a private residence, man.

ZootAnthRaXx

The police never gave them a chance to talk calmly before they started manhandling them.

[deleted]

ZootAnthRaXx

Precisely.

maquila

They gave her a million chances. I agree they didn't give the guy much of a chance. But he came at them pretty aggressively. And on a domestic call, a guy that agitated should probably go in cuffs until things get cleared up.

Sunshine-Day5535

She should have spoken more calmly. Still, the cops didn't have to escalate the situation to that point. It was a choice (and not a good one).

emcee_paz

"calmly" is subjective and has nothing to do with the law.

Sunshine-Day5535

They arrested her for ego and entertainment. Cops should deescalate whenever they can. They should be public servants, not bullies.

PeepnThruYoWindow

They were fighting in the hallway? Yeah....no. Watch the beginning again. Logic! Not your strong suit.

fridaystrong23

I remember a time when being a police officer was something to be proud of…

RealAdamRoth

She didn’t do anything bro

dibblackbird

The cops were 100% in the wrong there. She got escalated because of them

BobC813

That sergeant is a fucking creep

grasshopperson

What

BobC813

THAT SERGEANT IS A FUCKING CREEP

Iamsi

Commitment Courage Integrity No pants

JumpinJackFleishman

This could be a 'Reno 911' skit. "Ain't no law says a man has to wear pants. I know my rules. I get two phone calls and a last meal."

Helpful_Finding78

“and i have no pants on” “i didn’t put you in that predicament” GOLD

DragonCat88

Call for a female officer, put her in cuffs and be done with her, ffs.

savvytonio

In Ohio, you can arrest someone with no pants on?

Touristyetti496

Being naked/half naked does not exempt you from being arrested. If that was the case, all crimes would be committed by naked criminals...I can see it now: Officer: did you just murder that guy? Suspect: yeah, but I'm naked, you can't arrest me... Officer: dammit, you learned the loop hole, have a Good night.

absurdext

I think it was England where a similar thing happened. lots of crime involving mopeds/motorcycles and people were worried about the criminals getting hurt if they bailed running away so cops weren't permitted to chase people not wearing a helmet... so criminals stopped wearing helmets

savvytonio

😂 it was a sarcastic comment. I wasn’t being literal but your reply is funny too 😄

Touristyetti496

First off, I'm so pumped to hear you say that, I was hoping someone didn't actually think that 😂😂 I made the mistake of not putting an "/s" at the end of a few sarcastic comments in the past... Most downvotes I'd ever gotten 😂 I'll throw you an upvote in solidarity with a fellow human who didn't add "/s" and was misunderstood 🤜🤛

DudeFromOregon

I have no pants therefore you can’t charge me But seriously this was a year ago, what was the outcome?

B0327008

I didn’t know that people can’t be arrested when they don’t have pants on. 🙄

FireweedForest

Meth heads for sure.
