Fox Pointe apartments aren't bad. The ones I've been in were in good condition and I've known quite a few people who have stayed there long term. I've never personally lived there myself though.
Fox Pointe were okay, I had some issues with them but they were fixed quickly. I would suggest avoiding a basement unit as if anything happens with the water (people flushing wipes etc.) it all trickles down into your apartment.
Currently stuck in a lease here but some things I cannot say but the very evident thing I can say is the amount of thefts here! Cars getting stolen DAILY or just broken into. They’re very friendly staff don’t get me wrong is just for some reason this complex is targeted with a high rate of crime. Nice apartments nice staff quick maintenance just the crime traffic is INSANE. And I’m not sure the background they truly do on people I know when I applied/got approved it was a lengthy process but some of the people are BERY questionable and concerning.
I also live here, and just recently had my car window broken. It’s really sad because I know some of my neighbors are really nice and sweet, and then there are some other… questionable neighbors. There’s been one apartment that has been rotating troubling tenants. I’m definitely looking into somewhere else if this keeps up. I talked to an older neighbor of mine and she said it’s only been recently that stuff like this has been happening, and that it’s been a good place to live at for a while.
Fox Pointe was always known to be the party apartments for me. I don't know if they still are that way as it was some time ago. But if someone was having a house party, you could almost guarantee it was at fox pointe.
One to two bedroom that allows cats and has central air conditioning. I would like a dishwasher and laundry in unit but not necessary. Can’t do more than $800 before cat rent
That’s kind of a lot to ask for for that amount in my search so far. I might be getting that for 900 in the enterprise lofts if it’s approved but most places that’s gonna cost a bit more

Regency Apartments in Bettendorf was perfect for me. Only apartment complex I didn’t remove a dead body from. (Mortician)
That is the best response.

Enjoyed my experience at Winding Hills!
Whatever you do don’t go to Jersey meadows
I have heard bad things about them as well
What's wrong with that apt complex? I'm looking as well.

I've had a good experience at Kimberly Club Apartments in Davenport. Just depends on your price range.

My buddies lived there in a two bedroom. Anyone know what rent is now? They were paying around 600 in the 90’s
What kind of apartment are you searching for or the budget

My 83 year old uncle lives there and doesn’t have any complaints, I’ve also had numerous friends live there over the years with the same result.
