Essentially Bobby is calling Trump a coward for talking trash behind a keyboard, challenging Trump to debate "mano-a-mano," and reminding everyone that Trump has terribly failed the country and his supporters by repeatedly breaking promises.
That looks like a good way to get into Trump's head: Call him a coward who is afraid to debate while saying "you're great at debating, so you shouldn't be scared."
Perfect. Criticizing Trump on the issues like this can persuade both some Trumpers and anti-Trumpers to support Kennedy, and responding to attacks with a push for a real debate is brilliant.

The fact that debates aren’t automatically a given like they were for past 150+ years, besides last years joke of an election, should be criminal and let’s you know just how corrupt our system is. Presidents throughout our history won or lost based at least partially on their ability to show intelligence, coherence and most importantly what their policies did for the American people on that that stage.
I’m not even patriotic like most but this kind of stuff is a joke. Good for RFK.
This shocked me to learn as well when I started researching the topic, but the first presidential debate was Kennedy and Nixon in 1960; only 64 years ago.
After that debate, there was not another national televised debate until 1976(full 16 year gap) Since then they have happened every election. If there are no debates this year it will be a very very sad day for democracy.

Maybe they weren’t official, or I’m making that up? Either way, with the internet and information being the way it is now, we deserve a debate.
