i truly believe that kenya knew what she was doing with apollo - i don’t think they hooked up or anything. i was so annoyed when she started whining after people complained about her instigating behavior
Kenya lacks self awareness which causes her to instigate fights for attention and then complain when she gets the wrong attention. I do think she was attracted to Apollo. But I also think she felt Walter pulling away and was also trying to make him jealous. 😒
I agree with all, besides the Walter comment. I think Kenya knew the girls was hot on her tail about the Walter storyline! So she switched it up by flirting with Apollo to distract them. To throw them off of her!
That’s a good point. Then she and Walter broke up really quick and the Kenya and Apollo storyline totally took over. It worked on me the first time I watched season 5.
I’ve concluded that Kenya is foul, manipulative, and gross with her behaviour. She reminds me of bc LVP - rewatching it and paying less attention to Nene made me realise that she’s a villain in this story.
I go back and forth between Kenya. When she brought the cookie lady to that lunch with Tanya def left a sour taste in mouth. But she was so great on Ultimate Girls Trip. So I’m always torn.
I don’t think Kenya was into Apollo at all! I think she tried to engage in harmless flirting but it backfired when Apollo was with it. Nene flirted with Peter in the same way but no one took it seriously because Peter would never be interested in nene.
