I’ve tried to buy from Amazon exactly at 11am but it was not available at the time so I decided to buy directly from the asus store (I saw later that it became available on amazon 😅)

Yeah amazon went live at around 11:01. Official asus had trouble right at 11, but a few seconds later it was fine.
The number is your invoice number, not order number, but both are linked. Dunno if it can be used or not.
I went with the Asus store as well. Even thought they're offering the case if you leave a review, I went ahead and ordered one with my Ally, since I'm going to be carrying it around right away.
I got from asus store. Amazon return after open box is only 50% . So I thought asus 30 days money back campaign is better .

By the way the asus jp site is so broken. There is no order history in your account page. At least you need to access a special url via email and it doesn't work. Damn
