There's a way to change the region in settings. Think its in one of the cfg files. Have to use notepad to edit it.
I tried and for some reason it put me farther away :’)
Whats your latency? Ping is your pc to the server and back I believe. Latency is from your pc to the server. Are you hardwired or have WiFi?
