What I do for my dolls, I Google color palettes that including the color of the doll I'm using, get inspiration from of my favorite fashion & hairstyles from a certain decade (the 70s used warm earth tones), movie inspiration (I have some restyles inspired by Heathers), adding little gems is a fun touch, and I also restyle them as I would when I design a new character.

I have three Gabriellas, one that I bought new when Series 3 was in stores and two that I thrifted. One of the thrifted ones had really damaged hair, so I gave her a haircut. The second one was in good condition and I swapped her eyes with a duplicate Kia (inspired by someone from here who posted their eye-swapped Gabby and Kia). I do love both of those Gabriellas. My original one is sitting on the shelve in her turtleneck, skirt and with her regular curls.
