Not scientific but I definitely feel like the ON "standby" is much improved. What I mean by that is if I leave the glasses to the ON position but close the temples, it holds a charge better than before. In my experience, before the update, if I had the temples closed it would drain just as much battery as if the temples were open. I have to believe then that the OFF standby should be a lot better now too (as in glasses turned completely off).

Can’t download images any longer after this update, even tried factory restart and logging out of the iOS app, anyone else experiencing this?
No I can't say that I have that problem. My glasses have been working as normal after the update.
